Natalie Howard

With over 20 years experience in the real estate field, Natalie has worked across all levels of the capital structure, across all real estate asset classes, on both the sell side and the buy side. Prior to joining AgFe, Natalie was a senior partner at Burfield, the specialist commercial real estate debt asset management group. Prior to Burfield, Natalie was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers where she ran the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Debt funds, investing in non US debt and securities. Prior to Lehman, Natalie ran the European Real Estate Finance Group at Barclays Capital, with responsibility for over £10 billion of balance sheet lending on development and investment properties as well as its CMBS program. Natalie has also worked at Morgan Stanley, Charterhouse Bank, and Paribas.
