Natalie has over 20 years experience in the real estate field, having worked across every level of the capital structure, within all European real estate asset classes, on both the sell side and the buy side. Previously, Natalie was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where she ran their global Real Estate Debt funds for Europe and Asia, investing in non US RE debt and securities. Natalie also built the CMBS program at Barclays Capital, and had responsibility for the Group’s real estate lending businesses, which included over £20 billion of balance sheet lending on development and investment property. Natalie has also worked at Morgan Stanley as a founding member of their European CMBS business, at Charterhouse Bank in their RE lending and investing business and at Paribas as a RE banker.
