James has over 10 years of commercial real estate financing experience and was previously an Executive Director in the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Fund, with responsibility for analysing new opportunities, negotiating investments and financings with borrowers and lenders, and managing existing investments. Prior to this he spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley where he structured a number of CMBS, RMBS and whole business financings for their Securitised Products Group, and was previously at Price Waterhouse undertaking the valuation of closely-held businesses for their Valuation Services Group.
