James Wright

James has over 10 years of commercial real estate financing experience and was previously a senior partner at Burfield, the specialist real estate debt asset management group. Prior to Burfield, James was an Executive Director in the Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Fund, with responsibility for analysing new opportunities, negotiating investments and financings with borrowers and lenders, and managing existing investments. James also spent 8 years at Morgan Stanley where he worked on many CMBS, RMBS and whole business financings in the Securitisation Group. James also worked at Price Waterhouse
