Holger Beyer

Holger has 12 years of experience across European securitisation markets spanning a wide range of asset classes including consumer finance, corporate loans, residential mortgages, trade receivables and exotic assets. Prior to joining AgFe, Holger was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s European Securitisation and Asset Monetisation Group. Previously he was Co-Head of Securitisation at Euro Capital Structures (ECS) in Dublin where he was jointly responsible for the securitisation activities of ECS and thus UniCredit Banca Mobiliare, the investment banking arm of UniCredito. Holger has served as Deputy Chair of the European Securitisation Forum and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
